Pear Tree Paws hold Public Liability Insurance in relation to dog walking.
We will not be held responsible for any client or pet during the use of our meadow.
Please note: all allotted time bookings are fixed, and you are not permitted to arrive or enter the field early.
We will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, injury or damage or accidents to any personal property, individuals or animals whilst using the meadow or whilst on the premises.
By making a booking for our meadow you are automatically agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out below. Any violation of these T &Cs will lead to the removal of all future rights to use the meadow and future bookings.
This is a strictly no smoking/vaping area – please refrain from smoking/vaping until you have exited the premises
Please ensure all gates onto the premises are closed, on entry and exit, including dog enclosure.
Use of the meadow is strictly by pre-booked appointment only
Bookings are in 60-minute slots, and you will have to vacate 5 minutes before the end of your slot, to allow the next person to arrive.
All payments are to be made at the time of booking – the meadow can only be used once it has been booked and paid for.
Bookings are non-transferable to other people.
Cancellation: Bookings are non-refundable but if cancelled with up to 48 hours’ notice, bookings can be transferred to an alternative date/time.
Pear Tree Paws reserves the right to withdraw permission to use the meadow at their discretion, Pear Tree Paws will not be liable for any other expenses incurred or lost as a result of the withdrawal of the use of the meadow.
No subletting of the meadow is allowed.
There are no toilets on site.
Clients must discourage dogs from digging holes, and any resultant holes from your dog(s) must be filled in prior to leaving the meadow.
Dogs Health, Welfare & Code of Ethics
All dogs must be fully up to date with vaccinations and wormers, if your dog or any dog it lives with is showing signs of ill health I.e. cough, diarrhea, vomiting, you must cancel your session.
We will not be held responsible for any dog escaping from the meadow. The client is held responsible for the dog at all times whilst on the premises.
When not in the enclosed area all dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
Harsh handling of dogs either verbal or physical is not allowed.
Only enter the meadow when the previous customer has exited the meadow.
Please ensure you have your dog prepared in time ready to exit the meadow promptly to allow the next customer to enter the meadow on time.
Any additional overrun time must be paid for as an additional slot.
Please arrive on time for your slot as the booking cannot be extended to accommodate this.
All dog foul is to be picked up by the dog owner and taken away with you. Poo bags are not provided.
No litter is to be dropped or left in the meadow, please keep this a clean and safe space that can be enjoyed by everyone.
The Meadow
The meadow and perimeter fencing is checked daily to ensure cleanliness and security, if you have any concerns please notify us via email
Users must inspect the meadow prior to using it to ensure it is suitable to use with their dog(s) ·
During bad weather, the meadow will get muddy therefore waterproof boots and suitable clothing are advised.
Please remove all personal dog toys/training aids on exiting the meadow.
Children are welcome on the meadow but must be supervised at all times by an adult.
Parking
On arrival park in the waiting bay, wait for the previous customer to vacate, then park in the designated parking space inside the enclosed exercise area, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the gate is securely closed behind them.
All vehicles parked on the premises are left entirely at the owner’s own risk, we accept no responsibility for any loss, accidents or damage whilst on the premises.
We only hold your contact details in case we have to contact you regarding your booking. This information is not used for any other purpose or shared with any other parties.
Disclaimer
We agree to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof the client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Pear Tree Paws.
